The QBO Consultant Toolkit is private software whose only user is its operator. It is not distributed, sold, or licensed to any third party, and no one other than the operator acquires any right to use it.

A client company's authorization of the tool's access to its QuickBooks Online data is governed by that company's consulting engagement agreement with the operator — not by this page.

The software is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.
